  1. I am getting ready to put my movie (1hour) on dvd. I am experiencing a lot of problems with Encore, it failed twice on me today. I am a beginner and need assistance. Once my error was -224, the other time, -9999. I can't figure out what the problem is.

Is my transcode setting a problem-NTSC DV 16x9 high quality 4mb VBR 2 Pass? I don't mind losing a lit bit of quality but I have make sure the entire movie fits on dvd or should I use Premiere 6.5, export to mpg and there my setting is NTSC 4x3 High Bitrate.

I don't know what these numbers mean, I am going by what is at default.

    Please help.

Is it REALLY urgent ? Are you going to fall over dead if it doesn't
happen ? No . You ever hear of what happened to the little boy who
was guarding the sheep and cried URGENT too much ?

  4. without getting into too much details, it was urgent because I am having a big crowd of people who will be expecting this video tonight and it won't happen.

I called Adobe and they don't work on saturday.
