I am making a copy of Iron Monkey DVD as a test for my new pioneer A03. I have extracted out the main movie with soundtrack required to 5 VOB files which will fit on a DVD using CLADMDEC, no problems so far.
This leaves me with 5 VOB files and nothing else.
I now wish to make a DVD playable on a standalone, if I use Gear PRO DVD and attempt to import these files I get an error that there is no IFO file. I understand that Quickbuilder will apparently create these files but I cannot find a copy of this anywhere and the demo does not allow me to do anything useful.
Can someone suggest another method of "creating" the files that support my ripped VOB files? This is driving me insane!!
Many thanks

OK, part 2!!
My understanding is that i will have to make fresh IFO files by DVD autouring to create new menu files. I am currently downloading DVDit SE trial software which should allow me to do this. I have no doubt that menus are harder than they sound but is this "all" I need to do to recreate the files I need for a standalone DVD????
Any help is appreciated -
I can help you as long as I can download a copy from you!..LOL..you will only need Quick builder of which I can provide you..
