PowerDVD error

Everytime I try to skip chapters on my burned dvd, PowerDVD gives me this error message.
"The DVD disc might have been damaged so as to inhibit playback operation. Error code:89020003"
I can access chapters on my stand alone Sony.

Can anyone please help me with this? I think the same thing happened to somebody else and he posted the problem but nobody replied.It might have been a wrong forum to post to though.

I am using LG GSA-4040B with A300 firmware and Nero6 to burn and DVDShrink to author.

it has something to do with nero 6 i get the same error. Can anybody help us? i can get rid of the error but i would like to know why it happens

It doesn't have anything to do with Nero6. I got PowerDVD 5 and all the dvds work fine now. They don't give me any errors or nothing. So just get PowerDVD 5 and you should be fine.
