Do I get better results using one fps over the other. I've noticed better playback with 29.97, but maybe it's just dumb luck. While I'm at it, what is 3:2 pulldown?
Thanks,

By using a lower frame rate you get more bitrate per frame, by about 20%. This should give better quality.
3:2 pulldown is how the DVD player restores the original framerate during playback. Here's a definition."Art is making something out of nothing and selling it." - Frank Zappa -
