hi
I overburn some cd's (900 meg's) successfully with nero 5.5.10.50
the problem starts when I try reading them.
cd writers can read them no problem but other "regular" (and new) cd rom readres have truoble reading them to the point of cant!!
is this phenomenon a common knowledge ?
can overburned cd's be read only on cd writers who support overburn?
am I overburnning the wrong way?
wuld appreciate help
and thanx for those who could withstand my bad english

Such capacities are not approved by the CD Forums and as such are not guaranteed to work with anything. Overburning shortens a pre-defined lead-out on the disc, and the track pitch is a lot narrower than on "normal" discs, so compatibility may well indeed suffer.
I always advise people avoid overburning unless their life depends on it. The problems you may experience just don't seem to be worth the effort IMHO.
If you want to get more data on a disc, go down the DVD route...
