None of the above.
Hallowing is not a big celebration in Costa Rica. It is just another excuse to go out and party. -
pumpkin carving, and hanging out giving out stuff to the dozen kids or so that we'll get in our ghetto neighborhood.
then over the weekend... pumpkin baseball!- housepig

We'll be scaring the crap out of the kids. Decorated the house and yard up. Got a few coffins and head stones laying around, play some scary music.
I'll be dressed up in some bloody outfit with a gory mask, perched up in a tree and jump down just to watch the kiddies piss their pants. Happens every year
Then after hours, prob. have a scary movie-a-thon, Hellraiser, Omen, and a few others. My family brings all their kids over, and we pull out the big screen projector and munch on the kid's treats. -
In my area it isn't really celebrated which is a pity because I remember all the fun I had as a kid going trick or treating.
So for my plans will probably get a couple of mates around and watch scary movies or go around pranking the neighbourhood.
I am still trying to decide whether to pull off an end of year prank on my old high school seeing they stopped us from doing it last year when we graduated. -
I am a student living at the University of Bath. Halloween is an excuse to get drunk and party, egging and toilet-rolling entire houses.
This Halloween lands on a Friday.
It's £1 a pint in the Union bar.
We live in the most prominent house on the way back from the bar.
Take a guess as to how badly our house will get hit.....
It's going to be a helluva fight! Now, where did I put those rotten eggs....

Here in Norway we aren't actually taking Halloween to serious, but over the last years those money making bastards out there are putting customs like Halloween in the spotlight just to earn some more money (sad, really sad).
It is ok with small adorable kids that can't pull of the tricks, because they don't dare.
Another thing is the "fresh" teenagers buying alot of eggs and such to ruin you entrance door or maybe your postbox.
I really hope that some of these teenagers are trying to do som shit with my house, because I really feel like hitting something
Well, actually I don't, but I hate the fact that these kids are just out there to make this day as much similar to hell as possiblehehe (Not that I didn't think this was fun to, but hey... someone have to draw a line)
Seriously, I'll make those kids eat som raw eggs or something to give them a lesson...10110101100111012011 <- The bug Bill doesn't talk about. -
Strange. No entry for:
Locking the doors...
Turn off all lights...
Rip out the door bell...
Cut the main phone line...
Pile all of the candy, snaks, drinks etc before your massive tv...
Checking your stack of Vampire Princess Miyu, Vampire Hunter D Etc...
Then when it gets dark start the marathon! -
I'm putting on a tgpo mask and scaring the CRAP out of everyone in my neighborhood.
That should leave them with some nightmares
jbcandkcI'm just sitting here watching the wheels go round and round.

I just wish we had Guy Fawkes Day here in the US. That holiday rocks!

I'm not doing much. I don't celebrate them. But, I do watch movie marathons.
And, the movie (below) is one I watch every year. But, the one thing I
hated most was how they edited it really sloppy. Like, they cut one scene
and placed it elsewhere ie, when the guy slips over the blood in the hospital (I think that was in II) Anywasy.. you get the picture.
I just got back from k-mart, and finally found my DVD movie Halloween
..might pick up II as well. But, I'll think about it. I always wanted it on VHS
in widescreen, but you just can't find much anything in widescreen on VHS
anymores. I like them because they make good TGIF (Friday) wind-downs
more fun and interesting when things are 16:9 and all. Anyways...

Then in widescreen, you see far less - it's all cropped out
I probaly would never notice such things if it weren't for the skin - seems you never forget stuff like that
Same with the shower scene in Carrie - Sissy Spacek is full frontal in the full screen version and cropped at the waist in the widescreen version.
Sigourney Weaver - full frontal in Map Of The World, but cropped in the widescreen version.
Alice Krige - full frontal in Ghost Story - cropped at the waist in widescreen version.
And so on...
'70s horror ficks have the most gore and skin, IMO 8)
Especially the Italian imports.
Halloween was cool for it's time, but got very cliche - the worst made horror movies are the ones from the '80s :P
And though Hollywood may be good with effects and makeup, they're sad with coming up with cleaver and original plots...unfortunaly, it's all about making a fast buck. -

OH wow - you just made me really hungry.
No, I'm in the UK. I'm American and live here now and I am very depressed. Halloween's always been a favo(u)rite, but for the 4th year in a row - not one single trick-or-treater. :c( And I can not find pumpkin pie here either. :,c(
I even used to get pumpkin pie ice cream this time of year. I'm pretty down about how it is a non-event for me now. So, I really enjoyed your pics. :c)There's no place like 127.0.0.1
