    i've followed the guide (http://www.weethet.nl/english/video_divx2kvcd_subs.php) on making a Divx movie with subtitles to a KVCD. i've done everything in the guide but when i click START in TMPGEnc it starts encoding but the screen where the movie should be is absolutely black and so is the encoded file. vobsub loads itself automatically after clicking START in TMPGEnc, everything seems to be fine.
    what could be the problem? any help would be greatly appreciated.

    yes, i have directshow multimedia file reader on top of the list and yes, i have all the necessary codecs installed. still a black picture in preview window and in the created file.
