Im trying to do a slide show and when I import my pictures to the media bin they are out of sequence and it will not allow me to re-arange them. Does anyone know how to ? I want them in sequence so I can drag them to the timeline in sequence in stead of one by one.
Thanks Joey

name them in seq.. like
pic.001.jpg
pic.002.jpg
pic.003.jpg
pic.004.jpg
.
.
.
.pic.xxx.jpg
use media bin "import media"
click on the first picture
at the bottom of the explorer type window click on "open still image seq.."
you can also select range there as well"Each problem that I solved became a rule which served afterwards to solve other problems." - Rene Descartes (1596-1650) -
also a lot of people name files like:
pic.1.jpg
pic.2.jpg
.
.
.
.
pic.10.jpg
.
.
.
.
pic.100.jpg
and so forth ...
most windows programs will not put those in order so it is best to rename them as i posted in the above post .. acdsee is very good for this as well as a FEW other renamers ..
as a workaround -- you can use the date sort in windows to put them in the right order and rename them your self .. (as they would likely be dated correctly)"Each problem that I solved became a rule which served afterwards to solve other problems." - Rene Descartes (1596-1650)
