    Hi,

I am trying to author a DVD with a DTS soundtrack. IFOEdit gives me errors when I try to author. DVD Maestro is no longer available. Can anyone tell me which DVD Authoring Tools support DTS in order for me to use my DTS soundtracks?

  2. Scenarist can author with DTS sound, but it is expensive, really expensive...

  4. If you have just a single mpeg file with DTS MyDVD 4.0 will do the job easily, but not its older or newer version.

Sorry guys, my mistake. Ignore my statement. I thought I had done it before. I finished trying just now and no workaround I could think of worked.

  5. I think that DVD-Lab supports DTS.

IFOEdit says "Internal Error: additional data required but no free space in input buffer"

I have looked on Doom9 and there seems to be a few people with this problem yet noone seems to be able to fix it. I have tried the same .m2v file with a .wav and a .ac3 and it works fine so it must be something to do with the DTS soundtrack? Maestro says "File Missing" when I try and compile it (I took my m2v and dts file to a friends that used Maestro, glad I didn't buy it to find it didn't work either!)

I have just been to the DVD-Lan website and indeed it states it supports DTS. Cool, it has a 30 day trial period so I can check it out, and if it does work, it only costs $79! Fingers crossed.

In the meantime, $39,000 is a bit much for my home movies, has anyone come across the IFOEdit problem I have and fixed it? And are there any more DVD Authoring tools on top of Maestro, DVD Lab and Scenarist that support DTS? Many thanks.
