  1. I was on the site once before and there was one guide that showed you how to put a whole movie and convert it so that it would fit on a 74MIN 800MB disc! But i can't find it anymore...can anyone please help me?

    You can fit as many movies as you want on a CD .The question is can you handle the "visual quality".

    Digital video is very simple . Space required = bitrate * time
    Where the differences appear is in the codec used.

    For a 700mb CD the following is a good guide (192 stereo mp2 used)

    MPEG2 : expect 15 ~ 20 minutes at the bitrates used in commercial DVD
    MPEG1 : 70 + minutes is attainable (VCD is 224 audio)
    MPEG4 : 90 minutes to 2 hours can be done but bitrate is sub 800's

    Playing with the GOP will throw the above formula off compared to a standard GOP.
