WMV in AVISynth?

I'm trying to convert a WMV file to AVI using AVISynth. Since it's not an AVI file, I'm loading the clip like this:

DirectShowSource("C:\Videos\MovieClip.wmv")

Problem is, AVISynth comes back at me with

DirectShowSource: the filter graph manager won't talk to me
(C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\test.avs, line 1)

Is there some plugin I need to get, or should I use a different command?

I upgraded to AVISynth 2.08 and DirectShowSource works now. Next question: How do I get the audio stream from the WMV clip into AVISynth?
