ATI MMC. It comes with all ATI cards.

Version 7.7 is almost a year old, and was the first stable version of MMC.

Version 8.1 is better, if your system will allow it to install, and newer. It has more features.

In fact, MMC 8.5 is fine too, bad reports with bugs in newest 8.6.

Haved just done the printing version of your Capturing Mpeg with an ati card guide and i saw 7.7 and 8.1 so im gone a try the latest one (8.1) and do some test tonight on Fear Factor to see what happen. Thanks lordsmurf.

I went to ati and donwload the ATI Multimedia Center 8.6 (MMC) and it doesn't work because it requires original installation CD for RADEON™ 9000/9200/9500/9600/9700/9800 series graphics adapters or MMC 8.1 installation CD to validate DVD decoder update.
i got the 7500 aiw 7.5MMc and i cant find any other version. Is there a other version some wher else?

Don't install the DVD player. Easy.
I don't have the ATI install CD either.
I use PowerDVD. And I use ATI MMC 8.1 on my 7200 card.

do you have an ati? the original software came with the card. If you don't have it installed the download isn't going to see your original serial number. If you have an ati from ati contact support, if not ,you won't be able to use mmc without buying it.

What serial number? ATI MMC has no serial number. Only the DVD player (which sucks) needs a serial. Do a custom install, not express or recommended, and uncheck the DVD player option. I've never had a problem.

Ok. I got a PIV 2 G with 512M and a 80G disk and a ATI AIW 7500.
I was working with the MMC 7.5 version and im trying to get to the better version possible for me. So i did donwload the 8.6 version but doesn't work like i explain it higher so i did donwload the 8.1 version but still got those error mesage.
