    Is it possible to change region while backing up a DVD? If I for instance has a region 1 DVD can I then with som program easy change this to region 2 or 0 before I burn it on a DVDR?

    Yes. You can do it with DVD Shrink (though I'm sure other backup apps can do it as well).
