I have been trying to master capturing for months like everyone else on this forum. I recently got TMPGEnc, and it's a nice program. I used to capture Mpeg files and simply disregard the compliance in NERO. Now, I have tried something that seems to work. I capture the file in Ulead4, then I just use "simple multiplex" in TMPGEnc to make the file VCD compliant. I tried to use the option "VCD standard" but the audio/video was out of synch. Then, I tried the "VCD (nonstandard)" and everything was back in synch, plus NERO recognizes it as a compliant file. Now I can fit more on CD without having to encode. What do you lose by doing this? I tried doing encoding with TMPGEnc and the audio would skip from time to time. Comments are greatly appreciated. Thanks.......
