When I burn a dvd with dvdit pe the video file is "zoomed in." On my old apex if I zoomed out I could see the whole video which is why I say it is zoomed in. I am burning it with dvdit pe under the NTSC 4:3 ratio and have all of my files converted using TMPGENC dvd setting. The part that is really odd is that my menus that I create using DVDIT do not fit the screen either and cut off as well. Can anyone help me I would appreciate it as I have burnt a lot of dvds all with the same problem.

This is normal. It is called OVERSCAN. Just about all TELEVISIONS (especially TUBE based) will have approximately 10% overscan on ALL four of the borders.

It varies to an extent from TV to TV but like I said it is usually at least 5% to 10%
