  1. i use nero to burn vcds but the quality often comes out sucks is there anyways to increase the quality? i mean like the vids that i burned out has clear pictures when i played them in my comp but after i burned it out the pictures of the vid is not clear plus sometimes the pictures "stuck"....hope someone undersrtand wat i mean cuz im not really good in explaination...thanx so much

  2. Happy. My Template for SVCD format is:

    NTSC drop frame (29.97 fps)
    Field order A
    MPEG files
    24 Bits, 480 x 480, 29.97 fps
    (SVCD-NTSC)
    Video data rate: Variable (Max. 2375 kbps)
    Audio data rate: 224 kbps
    MPEG audio layer 2, 44.1 KHz, Joint stereo

    Maybe NERO is reencoding your video files before burning the disk. It's your capture format is not NTSC SVCD then it probably will.

    Check your capture setting against these setting above. Let me know if it was correct. ok

    Are you just burning with nero or are you converting to VCD and then burning? Nero is a lousy mpeg encoder and you might have better results using TMPGEnc for your encoding and then burning only with nero.
