    If its bad to begin with, it will not improve, but it can always get worst. Answer your question?

  5. Try it, but think about this:

    If you lowered the quality so much that all you had was 1 colored pixel on the screen, how could you restore the original from that single pixel? You couldn't. Thats extreme, but thats basicly what you want to do.
    Ejoc's CVD Page:
    DVDDecrypter -> DVD2AVI -> Vobsub -> AVISynth -> TMPGEnc -> VCDEasy

    DVD:
    DVDShrink -> RecordNow DX

    Capture:
    VirualDub -> AVISynth -> QuEnc -> ffmpeggui -> TMPGEnc DVD Author
