    HEY!

    I have a Sony DAV-S500 dvd player, and i the manual i can read about settings and like that.. and it says,
    Click on, DVD-Display-> specialsettings
    And on the picture in the manual u can se this:
    Colorsystem Auto
    Pause Auto
    Childlock ->
    track? OFF

    And now to the problem.. I Enter the settings and so on.. And then i search out specialsettings, i enter and I DONT have any Colorsystem.
    I want to change into NTSC... What is the problem?!
    It is a pic in the manual and so.. wtf is the problem?!

    PLZ anyone, how do i change to NTSC...??!

    plz anyone? I need help! Why does it work, why cant i chose Colorsystem in the DVD settings but it is in the manual...!??!

    Sorry to give you bad news, but according to the Owner's Manual, your model probably cannot be changed to NTSC. See pages 23,66, and 80 of your owner's manual, and you will notice that it specifically states that the color system can be changed on Asian and Australian models only, so it would seem you are out of luck. Another satisfied Sony customer!
