non-standard dvd

is it possible to create a non standard dvd ?
e.g putting a NTSC film with a PAL film on one disk?

Not with the cheaper authoring software. The program
has to be capable of making multiple TitleSets.
Scenarist , etc

You might look in howto . I thought I saw a IfoEdit hack somewhere
for that
