Hi ev'body!
As ffmpegX is not able to handle DV files (pls correct me if I'm wrong!), here's my question:
What is the best (in quality terms) way to get a ffmpegX handable file (VOB for instance) from a DV file?
I tried a *.mov which I got from iMovie 3, but I wonder whether there is another, maybe a better way to do so...?
Any help is welcome!
PS - I post this here, as I didnt find any satisfying answer / helpful guides in the DVDRhelp.com / Convert section...

If you mean that you want to open a .dv file with ffmpegX, this is possible. Just name the file movie.dv or movie.mov.
