    Hello guys,

I recently ran into a little problem after cutting my 2GB MPG file with TMPG and then ripping it with SVCD2DVD.

The rip works fine and everything works perfectly on my DVD players until it reaches the point when the movie has to switch from the 1st split file to the next. The picture remains perfect, however, there is a total loss of audio. It only returns if I, for example, fast-forward the DVD by 2 seconds.

I was wondering if 1) This is a random problem caused by the Rip and will only occasionally happen? or 2) If I'm doing something wrong in TMPG or SVCD2DVD? I'm splitting the files after they've been converted to SVCD MPGs by TMPG - so maybe that is the problem?

Anyway, any help or suggestions are very welcome.

    -Paul.

  2. Hey,

tip 1: try not to cut mpgs it will give you trouble.
tip2: update your svcd2dvd it now supports big files.
