    my friend has a pc pioneer dvd-106 he would like to know if he can watch dvdr's in this pc dvd drive , i cannot find any information about pc dvd drives does anybody know out here?

    yes..he can
    he can play dvd-rs,dvd-rws,dvd+rs.dvd+rws,vcd,svcd,etc,etc.
