NEED HELP!!!!! SOftware just doens´t run

Wheneever I use DVDschrink or IC7 my system resets.
Does anybody has had this before?
The system works fine with everything else, but as soon as I use those programs to compile the movies it just resets the system.
The MS dump says it is about a driver. Well I installed my Imagefile which has only the basic stuff of WINXP PRO.
Or hase anybody heard that it could be the Memory or MOBO. It can´t be the Videocard, as I changed it with a Geforec2MX and it is the same.
My config is:

Windows XP PRO + SP1
Ti4200 64DDR RAM
Pioneer a06 drive
Pinnavle PRO TV card
2 x 60GB Seagate Harddrives at 7200rpm
512DDR Memory at 333Mhz from Kingston.
MOBO is from Liteon
