  1. If I try to make a DVD with only one MPEG2 file WinOnCD works fine.
Then I try to put 2 MPEG2 files on one DVD. But if I try to create the DVD WinOnCD starts to reencode the MPEG2 files.
The MPEG2 files are correct encoded with TMNPG. Also if I check them with WinOnCd I got no red entry. Also as single file for no of both WinOnCD starts encoding.

    Any idea?

When you say it 'reencodes', what files does it make? (look in winon's temp dir) and how long does it take?

Are both files the same format (fps+res) ?

It takes #3 times more than the length of the movie. The file is really reencoded - no doubt about that!

My problem was that every file was was reencoded. Even if only one file was selected. The initial poster had the reencode problem with more than 1 files only!

The solution to my problem was: the file was "bottom field first" instead of "top field first". This made WinOnCD 6 reencode the movie. After changing this, it started burning the DVD right away without reencoding!

However I also have now the problem of the initial poster. More than 1 file in the list, and WoC wants to reencode.

    Why ?!!?
