  1. Hi, strange one here .... I've got a DVDR that plays perfectly on my PC but it will not play the video only sound on my DVD player for the TV ... All other disks are ok. I have checked the .VOB files and they appear to there. I even re-copied the disk using Nero after copying the disk to my hard drive ... but the same result.

Is it possible that some DVD's have some different encoding that my DVD player can only read sound and not video?

Or has anyone else noticed this?

BTW... The disk is "Saving Grace" and my DVD player is a Yamada 2100.

    Thanks

  2. Are all the files in a "VIDEO_TS" folder? If not that's the problem.

Completely confused ... All the other DVD's I've borrowed have been fine.

    Any other ideas most welcome!
