rm coversion

can rm file be converted to mpeg or whatever need to burn onto a Video Disc.

An off topic....I have this usb capture thing but it doesn't come up an audio wire. I guess I need to connect the audio out from my VCR to the line in for the PC. It uses Ulead studio and it creates avi files that are huge like 15 gigabites for about 15 minutes. I am not familiar with other capture device like TV card. How do they store the videos they capture and how much storage I need to say capture a two hour show.
