I split a movie with AVI/MPEG/RM/WMV Splitter and both halves have the audio running about 5 seconds behind of the video. But the original does not have that problem. I thought there was a prog called avisync that might fix my prob? Any suggestions?
Audio format: MPEG Layer-3
Video format: XVID

Try cut with virtualdub-mp3-freeze or nandub instead
www.dvdrhelp.com/virtualdubedit
The audio is probably vbr and then it usually become sync problems if the tools doesn't support vbr audio.
