    i loaded 4 svcd's into hard drve,put them in folder,used svcd2dvd+,but it keeps coming up *no bin files.
    i am a real beginner at this(as you can no doubt tell),but can anyone tell me what to do now.

  2. are your files u rip bin files ? have a look.if they are not open svcd2dvd and click on an mpg setting try that.

    thanx for your reply.still doesn't work.files in movies are.
    mpeg video/audeo stream.
    IMG file.
    CUE file.
    SUB file.
    i tried your suggestion of using the mpg settings,came back not valid mpeg files.
    hope you can help.

    can you screenshot your error messages and the contents of the folder you are having issues with.
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.

    (s)vcd2dvdmpg status.
    x no *.bin files in :c:new folder.thisis what i get when i try to load files in svcd2dvdmpg.
    the files are as follows.hollywood homicide1.cd1
    IMG FILE
    811,802 KB
    hollywood homicide 1.cd1
    MPEG video/audio stream
    1 KB
    hollywood homicide 1.cd1 cue
    CUE FILE
    1 KB
    hollywood homicide 1.cd1 sub
    SUB File
    33,106 KB
    and the same for the rest of the discs,all are IMG. MPEG video/audio stream. CUE File. SUB File per disc.
    but keep getting the same message..when i try to open folder in programme..no*.bin files.
    i just dont know what bin files are or how to change them into bin files.
    sorry for being a pain,but as i said earlier i am a complete newbie,

    Yours is not a bin/cue its a image file for alcohol 120% or clone cd, you need *.cue and *.bin (you can use an ISO buster program to fix that)

    If i read it right you got files with the following extentions: .cd1, .cd1, .cd1 which indeed aren't .bin files. You need to have a file named something.bin or something.mpg
