I have the radeon i beleive, and it displays a blue screen when I take a pic of something, its like a blue tint on the image. Video works fine, but capturing a still screenshot is bad. Please give me advice

I think you will find the blue screen or whatever is only like a place-holder for the video overlay. A screen capture as I recall will NOT capture this video overlay, use the still capture in teh ATI player.

When I hit the capture button on my ATI player, and then save it, it has that blue overlay.

Which ATI card are you using. I own a Saphire Radeon 9000 Pro VIVO which allows me to perform analogue capture. I can perform still capture of an active video (through Video In app and VCD playback) without a blue tint. Possibly you have a defective card; the red and/or green is defective.
