Hi, I can get ATI AX800 card from ASUS that has ATI Rage Theater 213RT1ZUA43 chip that is suppose to be 10bit?
I also have Leadtek FX5700 VIVO card with SAA7114H 9bit chip.
Is it worth to get the ATI ? Will the capture quality improve?
What about TerraTec G3 it's more than used ATI AX800 what about capture quality?

Ati have 12bit ADC. Both chips were old and have similar performance. With composite Saa chip is better. About Terratec I don`t know.
Is worth to buy a card with newer ATI chipset like Theater 550/650/750.
Do some test with Leadtek and see if is fine with your sources (?).
