TMPGenc DVD Author - changing video thumbnail ?

On the "Create Menu" tab of TMPGenc DVD Author, im trying to change the actual thumbnail of the video image. When i click on the video thumbnail it opens the video file in a box called "change thumbnail image"

I can slide the bar and change the image to a screencap, but then when i click on the video again its at the same point , say, 5 minutes in.

Does this mean that if i burn this DVD it will start at the point of the thumbnail?

I'm on my last few DVD+R's so want to check before i waste one

If you double click on the thumbnail of the video, not the background image, a player should open up,
then you use the slider or just play until you get to the point that you want to show up in the thumbnail you hit pause then click okay, the thumbnail should now be the same photo and when you are all done the thumbnail should start at that point but when you start the video it will start from the beginning, unless of course you are in the chapter selection.
My first couple of times i used a dvd+rw to test and make sure everything was okay, many dvdr's later i know what to expect
And after finishing your project, & TMPGEnc DVD Author creates a dvd folder on your hard drive you can even preview it as it will look after burning it with WinDVD before actually burning it to make sure everything is the way you want it.
