Hello Everyone!
This is my first post and maybe you all can help me. I will break it down into 3 questions in hopes that it helps...![]()
1.) I have been backing up my (owned) movies to my hard and watching them from there. I don't have a burner but plans are to get one. Anyhow I have never had a problem before and now my movies run like a kungfu movie where the sound is fine but the picture skips or slows down. I have a 80gig hd and using only about 45% of it. I use Nemo Drivers and the movies always played fine. Also, my virtual memory is fine as well. Now I downloaded VirtualDub becuse some of them are in 2 parts and I wanted them to be one whole movie could this be my problem? It started after I download it.![]()
2.) How can I still dub 2 parts of a movie without it expanding and taking up my whole hd while putting them together?![]()
3.) Is it possiable to get rid of names, timing, thats put into movies at the bottoms and tops of movies IE: 10:02:90 <--- I would asume that this is the dubbing time or something.![]()
Thanks in advance for any help that you can give it means alot!![]()

First I did'nt give any warez I did not talk about any warez and did not give any links to any weraz. Second I simple said upload or download could mean more than just the internet and bootlegs so plz get off my back!

Well any how if anyone is nice enough than this person to help me and not blame someone for nothing pls post, Thanks!"There is one place, that you have not looked, and it is there, only there that you shall find the master!" -

It seems there was an error in the server when I posted.
1)Does this happen all the time or just sometimes with specific movies?
2)Not sure what you are asking, after you've connected your files, just delete the ones that are split.
3)If the time are on the bottom of the video, you can just crop them out. -
Lol Foo
I also love you location! :P

Yeah LanEvo7 is seems to happen with whole movies rather than split ones thats in 2 parts but has never happened before.
And on my second question they are avi's split into to parts but I have noticed when I do what was told here in the edit section It goes fram by frame and I look at my hard drive just filling up humm weird looks like I will run out of space or something before its done.
What would I use to crop them out and how?
Obtw thanks for you reply maybe my further info will help thanks again friend!"There is one place, that you have not looked, and it is there, only there that you shall find the master!" -

Yeah Backup thats the word I'm looking for boys and girls! Why did I say upload/download? Thanks for the swift kick in the head to alter my reality Greenspock!
On diffrent note I hope someone can help, even if you skip the first one pls help with the last 2 thanks."There is one place, that you have not looked, and it is there, only there that you shall find the master!" -
If you want to crop the bottom, open vdub and filters. There is a crop function there.
As for the other two, if its just the movies you join, maybe the program that is joining them is screwing up, try a different program. I have no idea what you are talking about for #2 though. -
Ok thanks LanEvo7 big help with my 3rd question!

I don't "buy it" thank you very much
Cloud025 is clearly talking about downloaded stuff here and not stuff he owns. Most likely at least some of this is warez.
The key points of the give-a-way:
1.) Why would a back-up of a DVD be in two parts.
2.) The BIG give-a-way ... you are clearly talking about removing timecodes which are usually only on work prints or otherwise bootlegged warez movies.
So leave us alone with asking about such stuff thank you very much!

Ok FulciLives I'm not trying to start anything I like this forum! No matter if you "think" thats what I'm talking about or not I did nothing wrong and my help question are standerd questions for ppl starting out...Now with your comments first I have friends that do alot with movies and "if" i'm lucky they will copy some of my movies or some thats like 80's style that I have owned... Second they are not the best quality in the world I don't know what programs the use but on a whole they look great!
Sometimes they leave stuff on them for some reason while doing all the stuff thats located on this site.
And as far as why they are split into 2 parts I'll ask them I was told to save space on my hard drive till I get a burner then I could use a program that will join them together later which I found on this great site!
I'm not mad ppl like to judge others and thats what your doing I never did anything wrong only asked for help on something that seems like a fun hobby so thanks for making everyone think I'm a jerk that spreads virus movies all over the world to enslave ppl into making bootleags or than 1 copy of a movie if you own it becuase no one in this forum would do that!
I would like you as friend not a enemy so forgive me if you think i'm a jerk thats not what I'm trying to do I'm new here and would like to have fun while a post as well.... 8)
Atleast I got some help from Zippy P. Thanks it worked fine I must have skipped a part and did not notice it! Just wanted to say Zippy sounds like in beyond the internet you have many friends =) Thanks and take care and would love to post again if its ok with the ppl above sounds like i'm not wanted here or something..
Thanks again friend have a good one!"There is one place, that you have not looked, and it is there, only there that you shall find the master!" -
