  1. I have a bin file that I need to burn. However, I dont have a cue file to go with it. Is it possible to burn without a cue? What program should I use?

    Thanks

  2. Use VCDImager Tools GUI to regenerate the CUE/BIN image.

    Generally I don't recommend burning a CUE/BIN image of a S/VCD without the cuesheet.

  3. I dont think it will work in my case. I am trying to burn a game. will it work without being a vcd?

  4. No, it will only work for CUE/BIN images of S/VCDs.

I suggest you just try to burn the BIN image with Nero. If it is a CD-ROM it will probably work anyway.

  5. i downloaded a movie which has 3 cue files and 3 bin files. The cue files are empty though. I downloaded CDWImager Tools and used the information tools, it tells me "unknown ID encountered -- maybe not a proper SVCD. In the report it tells me signature not found.

How do I use this program to rebuild the CUE?

  6. Ok, I found the section to rebuild a CUE from a BIN. When I do it, it tells me

The BIN file you selected isn't that of a S(VCD). Anything I can do about this?

  7. Try using vcdgear to convert bin to mpg or maybe use isobuster to extract the movies from the bin files (if in fact they are movies and not some p2p users idea of a joke).

  8. If VCDImager Tools GUI tells you that they are not S/VCDs, then they are not S/VCDs... and you can't use that tool to rebuild the CUE/BIN image.

As the other people have suggested check that it actually is an image of something with Isobuster.

    Regards.

  9. Ok, I must be an idiot. I used IsoBuster to extract the raw data and I now have a tao file. Of course, I have no idea what to do with that. Anyone care to offer more help?
