vts sectors

when authoring a dvd , do you have to create vts sectors in ifoedit. I have used this program to create dvds before, some have worked , some havent, But ive never used the vts sectors creating section and came across it in a couple of guides.

Could this be the problem thats causing some dvds not to work on my machine and other peoples?

After you create the IFO's then just click on the "get vts sectors" button in IFOedit. I think you need to do this for the DVDR to work in the most players.
