    I am unable to get DVDCopy to recognize backup DVDs on my hard disk. I ripped the DVD using both Smartripper 2.02 and DVD Decrypter 3.1.6.0.

    The error statement is "This location does not contain supported content."

    I do not have any trouble recognizing non-protected DVDs.
    This is the retail version. OS is Win98se

    Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

    I know this has got to be a stupid question, otherwise the software is useless. What am I doing wrong? Please, help me!

    Make sure you have the latest version of the software they have updated it many times since the initial release....also make sure you are ripping the whole dvd not just the main movie.
