  1. the pos just won't write anymore.. i went to sony's website and dl'd the drive diagnose app--it told me the drive needed to be sent in for service.. so i filled out the online diagnose/problem thingy and submitted to sony... twice now!

    sony has not responded to either request and it's been ~month... is this normal?? how to proceed??

    any info w/b much appreciated... sony should stick to tv's...
