MaestroSBT is the best subtitle software where i found for making DVD subtitle,
very sad that guillep2k nolonger maintain upgrades for it
and opensource don't think anyone made any update to it....
i didn't find any DVD subtitle software which can even match against it
..... but there is a issue.... below
_____________________________
I find that maestrosbt doesn't read the pos tag in ssa and create a different picture of what it is supposed
the words also get reversed order which supposed to be translation for writtings-in-video.
but then it recongnized it own manual positioning tag if position inside the gui [edit]
and save ssa.
- wondering if there is a way to auto convert pos tag for masestrosbt
- or a way to get masestrosbt to read pos tag in ssa

[ DELETED ]
[ 2ND EDIT] :
The function "\pos" is just a special case
of the function "\move", and neither VSFilter nor Maestro SBT
appear to support the "SFX side" of the SSA specification.

MaestroSBT now supports the \pos ASS tag, and reads ASS files as of version 2.6.2.0. However, manual positioning was possible since 2.1 using the preview window.
