hi all, help me make a decision.
I've bought a umax/yamada dvx-5500 it plays divx 5 and xvid well but has the usual problems playing 3.11 so my question is this should i take it back and stay with my pioneer standalone or should i take a leap of faith and stay with 5500, also it doesn't have audio component out so I'll have to get a new set of speakers.
    what u think?

  2. 8) I am thinking of getting this too and all the advertising states that it will play divx3.1, so that means they will haveto bring that feature in or they will be in breach of the trade descriptions act. If yours doesnt do it now then it will soon with a new firmware update. Is it any good on ordinary stuff tho? also you say no stereo outputs??
