    Found a bin file with at SVCD movie in it.
    Has 3 directories EXT MPEG2 SVCD. Used ISObuster to see the
    file. looks ok.

    Tried nero and CD Creator and unable to create the VCD or SVCD

    Does Nero or CD Creator burn bin files?

    Try another program like CDRwin, Fireburner or VCDEasy to burn your bin to disk.

    Or rip the mpeg from the bin with Isobuster then burn to SVCD with Nero. Here's a guide.
