    Has anyone worked out or know for a fact what the highest bitrate is that a Sony NS415 can play for (S)VCDs?

    It would save me a lot of experimentation and trial-by-error stuff if someone out there has already established what the hardware limitation is for this player.

    I did.

    In fact I searched for all references to "Sony NS415", "NS415" & "Sony 415". In every case I got only 4 threads with those references in them - none of which had any information at all on bitrates.

    I've also searched and read every single review of this player in the DVD Player database and again there was nothing about maximum bitrates.

    If you know this information then please be a bit more helpful in telling me where to find it.
