    Yes IF you use SVCD2DVD and put the NTSC content in a different VTS to the PAL content AND you DVD player/TV supports both standards.
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
    VOB2MPG PRO, Extract mpegs from your DVDs - with you in control!

    no. You would have to rip it to an mpg. I use VCDEasy for this or you could use isobuster or many others
