  1. I am most likely going to have to replace my 3 year old philips single disk that has been acting up lately. I want to go to a 5 disk player and one that supports almost EVERYTHING!!!

    Can anyone recomend what they suggest or have or maybee a friend has?

    I do a lot of SVCD making using DVD2SVCD and burned with nero.. My philips played alot of everything I threw at it except the ocation dvd-r's a friend made...

    THanks for the suggestions.

    I've got a Sony 5 disk.
    Cost me about $200, 4 months ago.

    Plays (x)VCD, (x)SVCD, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW

    Plays CD-R CD-RW every brand I've tried.

    Does not play cDVD
