  1. I am not a beginner converting DVD to VCD's. For the first time, I have encountered a finished MPEG with a flicker in it. I used DVD AVI and
Tempgenc as usual on a NYSC 4;3 display setting. the xchapter lists 4:3 AND THE dvd PROGRAM LISTS 4: 3 DISPLAY 29,970 . i HAVE RUN THE dvd TWICE, AND ALSO THE tempgeNC, SAME RESULTS. aUDIO IS NOT A PROBLEM BUT THE SCREEN FLICKERS.. WHICH STAGE COULD BE THE PROBLEM,, RIPPING, DVD, OR TEMPGENC, NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE..

  2. Basically if you have NEVER has this problem before and you are using EXACTLY the same method logic would dictate that it must be something to do with the ripping. Where you doing something else during ripping ? or could there be something wrong with your source disc ?.
