    i have a film that is in mpeg 2 can i change it to mpeg 1 so that i can put it on a vcd

    i already have tmpge plus but the film i have downloaded is already in mpeg but i cant load it to cd

    according to g spot its a mpeg file but i cant copy it to cd using roxiovcd burning prog is there a better one that i can use
