Whut are some good program to burn AVI to DVD besides Ulead?

Well, here is what I am doing to do that... My video is using VidX (Video) AC3 (Audio)

1) Using AVI MPEG RM WMV Joiner to merge all 3 AVI files
2) Using Virtualdub to extract the AC3 Audio
3) Using AC3Fix to verify/fix the integrity of the AC3 Audio File
4) Using BeSweet to convert the AC3 Audio File in an MP3 Audio File
5) Using TMPGEnc to merge the Video/Audio files into DVDr format.

I know this isn't very specific as for steps of each process, but in general this is the best way to go about it (leaves less room for errors)

I'm lazy so I use DVD2SVCD in advanced mode to make DVD mpegs.
