What are you using to view the file?
It is either the player or the file has errors.
Use PowerDVD to view MPEG files, not anything else.
The MMC 8.1 file may be corrupt, due to a fragmented HD.
In this case, you have a few options,
1) recapture,
2) reencode, or
3) use Womble MPEG2VCR or TMPGEnc Plus to cut the file. It makes a new header when it cuts. It may be as simple as that.
This happen often, or just this one time?Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)
