Tmpgenc MPEG-2 prob

Every time I try to encode to MPEG-2 all I get is a blank black screen, audio is there but no video, i do have all the proper MPEG-2 codecs because this once used to work. Could this be because the limit is over cause I set it so I have lots of time on the encoder. Also, I use window2k pro and I installed kristal studio codecs 4.33 and now every time i open a divx file, the windows help comes up and when the video opens it says winhelp32.exe is in the wrong location or something. Can someone please help?

Make sure your using the right filter(ie-NTSC-Film,NTSC,Pal)
