I looked through the forums but didnt see this.
I'm thinking of getting an XBox and having it double as a DVD Player. Even as a console I'd want to connect it through my home theater system, but didnt see the proper connections on the back of the system at the store. All I saw was a tri-plug RCA cable going into the TV. If I want to ouptut the audio to my receiver, does the XBox have the outputs?
Thanks,
Glorfindel.

Yes it does. The outputs depend on which hookup kit you use. The one it comes with is the 3 wire composite. You can also buy an svideo or hdtv hookup that come with optical digital audio out.
