KLH KD-1220 compatability with DVD-R

Bestbuy has the KLH KD-1220 for 39.99 this week and that price is almost to good to be true. has anyone used this with dvd-r I do all my backups and homemades with dvdpro 4x white top purple bottom dvd-r and I want to know if this player has been successfull with dvd-r discs.

well for such a cheap price of only 40 bucks I decided to go out and get it. this player is the absolute best cheap player I have ever seen or used. It not only plays vcds, svcds, it also plays mp3s, wma, and kodak jpeg cd. It is also supposed to play regular jpegs as well. But the thing that I love about this is that it will read my DVD-R discs that my PS2 won't. So for 40 bucks you can't go wrong. not to mention the outputs too (component video, svideo, composite, and optical digital audio out as well as analog audio) and did I mention this was only 40 bucks. a definite "best buy" in my mind
