    I have an mp3 audio file that is quite big. I wish to cut into several section. Can anyone recommend some easy program that is precise, simple and if possible graphical in nature. Thanks

    open the file with sound forge... decide where you want to split it .... highlight the peice you want .... right click and select cut.... from edit select paste to new....... save new part to the required directory........close window to go back to original file and repeat as above for each split ..... simple
